Terms of Service

Ignite Crowdfunding, by Aurrin Ventures, is a rewards-based, all-or-nothing crowdfunding platform. Backers pledge to support a founder's campaign; if the campaign reaches its funding goal by its deadline, pledges are collected and the founder is responsible for delivering the promised rewards.

Every campaign is reviewed by the Aurrin Ventures team before going live. Review is not an endorsement or a guarantee — backers pledge at their own discretion, and rewards are the founder's responsibility to deliver.

Founders must describe their campaigns truthfully, use funds for the stated purpose, and make good-faith efforts to deliver rewards. Campaigns that misrepresent themselves may be removed and accounts suspended.
